"Sizing advice was spot on"
I went with their recommendation based on my pool size, they nailed it. I was a little nervous about ending up with the wrong unit, because you never really know until it’s installed and running, but it’s been working great so far. Even on hotter days, it keeps up just fine. Happy with the whole thing.

I ordered a replacement part from circupool, and it showed up exactly like I selected online. Nothing was missing, and it wasn’t the wrong model, which was my biggest concern. Shipping was okay, not super quick, but fine enough. I’m giving it 4 stars because the box was a little beat up, but the order itself was accurate

"Easy controls, but not quite what I expected"
The controls on my Circupool unit are easy to figure out, and I’ll give it that. The buttons are clear enough, and after the first day I didn’t really need to keep pulling out the manual to get around.
That said, I did feel a little misled because I expected the interface to feel more modern and smooth based on how it was presented. The menu feels dated, and scrolling through settings is kind of clunky, but overall it still does what I need without being too confusing

"Surprisingly quiet, for once"
I ordered this from CircuPool it’s been way quieter than I expected. I can barely hear it unless I’m standing right next to the equipment pad, which is more than I can say for my old setup that sounded like it was trying to take off. It’s a big upgrade, and I’m happy with it so far.

"Decent, but not as gentle as I hoped"
The pool water feels okay overall, but my skin still gets dry after swimming. I feel like if something is meant to make the water more comfortable, it should really help take care of people’s skin too. It’s not terrible, just not quite what I was hoping for.

I’ve been using Circupool for a while now, and pool maintenance has gotten so much easier. I’m not constantly checking things or messing around with chemicals like I used to. if you’re still making pool upkeep harder than it needs to be, this is your warning to look into it sooner rather than later. I wish I had switched a long time ago.

I used the product docs on circupool.com while getting everything set up, and they had most of what I needed. There were a couple spots I had to read twice, but nothing that really got in the way. Overall, the docs saved me some time and I was able to get things running without much trouble.

"Good Value, Shipping Was a Bit Slow"
I ended up going with the circupool salt system after looking at a few different brands, and the price seemed reasonable for what you get. The install wasn’t too bad either, which was a relief because I wasn’t sure what to expect. It’s been running fine so far, and the parts actually feel solid, not cheap or flimsy like I was kind of worried they might. I will say the shipping took longer than I thought it would, which was annoying, but once it got here everything was good. For the money, I’m happy with it overall.

The box showed up in great shape and everything inside was fine. It was packed really well, so nothing got damaged or messed up. I’d say it’s a good choice if you’re hoping for careful packaging

"Pool’s been easier to keep clean"
I got my Circupool system installed a few weeks ago, and it’s made pool upkeep a lot easier. The water has been staying nice and clear, and I’m not constantly dealing with chlorine like I was before. Most of the cleaning now is just a quick brush and skim. Compared to how it used to be, it’s just... yeah, a lot less hassle. Happy with it so far

"pretty happy with it Overall"
I’ve had the Circupool system running for a few months now, and it’s been doing a good job keeping the chlorine steady. I still test the water every few days just to be safe, but I’m definitely not hauling or pouring in jugs like I used to. It took a little messing around to find the right setting, but once I got it dialed in, it’s been Fine. my only real complaint is the display could be a bit easier to read. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Worked with my older pool system"
I wasn’t sure at first if this replacement cell would work with my older pool setup, so I mainly went off the info on the site to make sure I was choosing the right one. Once it arrived, it fit without any issues. I plugged it in, and it started working right away. Based on my experience so far, it was a straightforward swap and I’m really happy with it.

"Warranty thing, handled easier than I expected"
I had an issue with my salt cell under warranty and was expecting it to be a whole headache. But CircuPool got back to me quick and the return, they helped get it sorted out. There was a little back and forth needed, but in the end they did what they said they would. Happy with how it went.

I got the Circupool unit hoping it would just run consistently without needing much attention, and so far it’s pretty much met that expectation. It’s been running steady all summer, and the only small hiccup I had was easy to fix. Nothing major to complain about at this point, it’s been reliable and I’m happy with it.

My salt cell was giving me some weird readings, so I called tech support expecting it to be a whole thing. They picked up quickly and walked me through a few simple checks without making me feel dumb. Turns out it was just a setting I had missed. felt like a small win figuring it out without needing a service call. Super patient, helpful, and no runaround...
